Replace Policy

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to az.acces@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at 03425266639.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the defective item at az.acces@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • We will send the replacement and you have to return the product to the same rider 550 pkr will be charged for every replacement
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
    -An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
    -The product is damaged because of use.
    -The product has been tampered.
