The item(s) must be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) must match the original specifications of the product. If the delivered item is found to be different from what was originally purchased, an exchange may be requested.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing az.acces@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at 0342-5266639.
In case of a defective, faulty, or damaged item, a replacement will be sent. You must provide photographic evidence of the defective item via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase before any claim can be processed.
The replacement will be sent, and you must return the product to the same delivery rider. A PKR 550 fee will be charged for every replacement.
If a discount or promotional code was applied during the original purchase, it cannot be reused on the exchanged item. Exchanges will be processed at the original invoice value, and no promotional codes will be reissued.
There are certain situations where returns or exchanges cannot be supported, including but not limited to:
Exchange requests made outside the specified 7-day time frame
Products that are damaged due to use
Products that have been tampered with
